This app is the worst app ever, I have an iPhone 6 Plus and PTZ camera, to newborn preemies that I need to watch constantly and the software is the only software Ive been told that works with my camera.it seems that Im always losing connection, Wi-Fi never works and its very slow, even though I have very fast Internet. I dont recommend this app for anyone.

I use it with 8 cameras and completely love it. No more guessing when a delivery has been made to our front door, just pull the cameras up anywhere. I do miss having all 8 cameras in horizontal/portrait mode... Would definitely recommend it to anyone!

Impossible to create an account and login.

This app does not work. Cannot create an account. The money I spent on two cameras was a complete waste. DONT BUY THE CAMERAS PEOPLE. SAVE YOUR MONEY. BUY SOMETHING ELSE. RESEARCH PRODUCTA FIRST.

Its keep on booting me out not to happy

When you enter hostname as IP address, the current IP is saved, not hostname. So when IP is changed for DDNS, video will stop working and you need always edit network settings.

Cannot connect to cameras unless you are at home by the box. Pointless to have the app. No tech support to help you out!!

Unable to use as intended. No support. Not sure how Apple let this through.

app stopped working yesterday 10/27/15. When attempting to login, it just loads and loads until it times out.

Very simple and easy! Just 5 steps and bam! It works all around the globe!

Try for several hours register and only says failed! Doesnt work the app!!!! Only works in guest mode

Program is broken , doesnt save the IP address , support link is also dead

I think the software interface needs to be redone. So many bugs. always says off-line when its actually online. When recording, you cannot see the recorded video when you go to the playback menu. The only way you can see recorded video is to going to settings and then more and then video and then they are not displayed by date like they should be. This could be fantastic software if it was only redesigned and all the bugs fixed.

Continues to tell me my user name is not recognized lately. This is after Ive been using it for about 6 months. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, same results. Definitely needs a better software dev to maintain it.

Horrible software cant load unless on wifi its awesome if I want to look at the camera when Im at my house connected to wifi

Does it support wifi only? Is there a way that you could make the app access the video with 4G or higher?

They lead you to believe that this camera can be viewed from your iPhone from anywhere in the world and you can only use it evidently on your home network
